From the 23rd of March, for 6 days, Bulgaria’s premier ski-resort Bankso will become paradise for snow sport enthusiasts and music aficionados. Nestled deep in the powder rich Pirin mountains, Horizon Festival offers a hedonistic week of sun, snow and underground electronic music. Brought to you by the team behind the infamous Dimensions Festival in Croatia, Horizon has mustered together an impressive lineup worthy of its pedigree:
Alongside noted party collectives Trouble Vision, Tief, Hush House and Shapes, Flux shall be hosting their very own stage and après ski events, with a fine selection of performers including Crazy P, Ben Pearce and Mark E. Before your Easter eggs have even hatched, Horizon kicks proceedings off with a series of launch parties around the UK. The Leeds edition is set to take place this weekend, with Hush House, Vagabondz and Brotherhood Sound System joining forces with Flux to host the festivities at Mint Warehouse. Boddika and Martyn are set to headline, and should provide a more than ample demonstration of what to expect on the sunnier and steeper spring slopes.
